Big news for Air Jordan 4 fans today is the sighting of a new sample Retro colorway floating around the web. The inspiration or story behind this never before seen white and red colorway is still unclear, but with the text “Alternate 89” on the inside of the heel tab, it’s worth a guess that this could be an original sample colorway that never released back in 1989. Could this be a new colorway concept we’ll see for Air Jordan retros? Will we see other originally scrapped colorways drop on Jordans? Or maybe we’re way off the mark on what “Alternate 89” means. Only time will tell, but until more info is available to enlighten us all, take a look at the Air Jordan 4 sample in question and let us know if you’d like to see them release.
absolute fire....red and white go together so nicely...you put the Nike Air on the back it would be game over regardless please bring these to our feet!
Nice! @Nike @Nikebasketball @Jordanbrand @nikeSportswear Can we get that NIKE AIR instead of the Jordan symbol in the back? It's only right since this is an "89" edition.
of course they are bammas are too thirsty these days for shoes........I say come out with them make em limited edition and raise the price on the fools...
Umm Yeah, Id definitely cop these.
For everyone saying that Nike is running outta ideas..blah blah blah,... This would be a great idea IMO. Start releasing Sample versions of OGs that never dropped! There are so many 3s, 4s, 5s & 6s that id LOVE to see drop!!! Besides the fact that people need to stop bitching & whining. Nike/JB can do w/e they want. If you dont like what they produce, just buy something else haha
Theres only a few Models that should be left alone(to an extent) and that would be AJ1s & 11s. I think the OG CWs of both those Silhouettes are too Classic to be diluted with random CWs. But like i said, "to an extent" because the Fragment 1s are fresh, and It would be fresh to see a Blue version of the Chicagos, call'em Wizards? Anyways... These 4s Look Fresh to me!
